Beginnings of Fasting
I believe fasting is the best way to heal my body. It could be with just water or just juice or nothing at all. Unfortunately when I get hungry all benefits of fasting go out the window. Thinking I am hungry is the end of it all. I’ll try again tomorrow, next week, next year or never again. I have heard of ones who talk about what you physically have to do in order to start a fast. That matters. But to prepare your subscious is a beast. I did my first fast which was the Lemonade Master Cleanse 15 years ago or more. I made it through the 10 days. I went right back to eating junk, fried foods and chocolate which tore my stomach up. I didn’t have a book or someone telling me how to eat afterward. I didn’t prepare for the fast either, but since it was juice I didn’t get the hunger pangs. The Master cleanse was lemons, cayenne pepper and pure maple syrup in 12 oz of water.
