Unprepared for Not Eating: My Experience

After some years go by I hear about water fasting on YouTube for weight loss. By this time I have the mindset I am going to eat whatever I want because it makes me happy. Mind you I have ballooned to over a hundred pounds within 10 years. I didn’t even notice. It started to become the new trend to workout at the gym and get fit. My mind is resistant to this craze. I want to find something I can do without strenUous effort and sweating. Yuck. Also I am too uncomfortable to be in a group setting in spandex. Mind you this is mid 2000s. Today 300 pound women are wearing crop tops and booty shorts. I can’t do it. I am up to 255 pounds. So I came across a site on Youtube talking about water fasting and the benefits of it six years ago. So I said: "Oh that should be easy." Hmm. Hunger to hangry after three hours. I was cool on water fasting. But I kept watching the videos and I was and am so intrigued. So I tried juice fasting. I did it for 2 weeks, until I ran out of money to get the fresh fruit, it wasn’t cheap. I bought a portable water distiller on Amazon. It wasn’t too pricey.
